Refund policy

Returns and exchanges for Shop Teach will be done on a case by case basis and will be handled via email. 

REFUNDS are not permitted on the following items:

  • Sale merchandise
  • Accessories
  • intimates
  • Pre-order styles

Refunds and exchanges will be considered on items that are unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations, odours and damages, with all tags attached. Merchandise returned without original brand tags and packaging are subject to refusal. Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of the purchase date and the customer will be charged a $15 restocking fee. Any returns exceeding 10 days will be refused.

If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, including but not limited to dry cleaning, washing or wear.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Shop Teach is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit.

Initial shipping and handling charges ($14.95) are non-refundable on all orders, including orders that received free shipping.

Once your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. Please note: Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
